On Tuesday, January 12, 2010, an earthquake measuring 7.0 out of 10 on the Richter Scale hit Haiti, followed by about 40 after shocks measuring up to 5.9. Over 3 million people are affected.The Capital of Haiti is in ruins, many persons have died and are injured, supplies are scarce. The effort to heal and rebuild cannot happen without your support.

Delagates from the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Community Services Department will be travelling to the Dominican Republic to purchase supplies and transport them into Haiti. The Capital City Seventh-day Advnetist Church will take collections on Saturday, January 16 and 23, 2010. The amount of supplies the delagates are able to bring depend on your support. Reach Out To Haiti is a non-profit agency that specializes in assisting with Haitian adoptions. This organization is ccommitted to spreading Gods word and helping provide living assistance to Haiti's poor by distributing donations of:
